I recently visited Arcano Unisex Salon for a hair spa and haircut, and I had a really good experience overall. A special thanks to Chetna for the relaxing hair spa. She did an amazing job, and the gentle head massage made the experience even better. Thanks to Kumkum as well for the haircut. I had requested that my hair length not be reduced much and only soft layers be added. Although my hair ended up a little shorter than I expected, the haircut actually suits me well, so I'm happy with the final result. The entire staff is very polite and welcoming. They even offered tea and coffee, which was a nice gesture. The owner is also very humble and treats customers with great respect. The only thing that disappointed me a little was the timing. I was informed that the salon opens at 10:00 AM, so I reached around 11:00 AM, but only one staff member was present, and I had to wait for about an hour before the services could begin. I kindly request the owner and the team to ensure that all staff arrive on time so customers don't have to wait. They also offer great discounts on their services, so do check out their Instagram page for the latest offers. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience. Thank you, Chetna, Kumkum, and the entire Arcano team.
